Pippa will make its international premiere exclusively on Prime Video in over 240 countries and territories, including India. Ishaan Khatter plays Brigadier Balram Singh Mehta in the film, which is based on his novel “The Burning Chaffees.” The name of the movie is derived from the Russian amphibious tank PT-76 (Palavush Tanka), sometimes referred to as Pippa, which is akin to an empty ghee can floating on the river.
