An all-female Ghostbusters sequel was first revealed in January. Ghostbusters (1984) and its sequel – Ghostbusters II in 1989 – both starred an all-male cast of Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis and Ernie Hudson. But the new film turns that on its head with Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon strapping on Proton Packs to trap ghosts, ghouls and phantoms.
