There were many father-daughter emotional moments at the opening ceremony of the International Film Festival For Persons With Disabilities. Meghna ka kaam dekh tasalli hoti hai: Gulzar The opening ceremony of the 1st International Film Festival for Persons with Disabilities (IFFPwD) in Delhi was charged promised some moving, heartening moments anyway, thanks to the festival’s theme. But it also provided some emotional moments courtesy its celebrity guests, which included Gulzar and his daughter Meghna Gulzar, the director of the recent Talvar.
