by The Daily Eye Team March 7 2016, 3:32 pm Estimated Reading Time: 0 mins, 27 secsThe Hewlett Foundation’s Global Development and Population program recently released our new strategy on how transparency, participation and accountability can (hopefully) improve the lives of poor communities that have the most to gain from functional public services — hospitals with doctors and medicine, schools that teach basic education, and consistent access to clean water, electricity and sanitation. I can take no credit — the strategy was fully baked by the time I transitioned from Gates Foundation last November. But I do sure like it.
